Showroom Policy
Our Design Center is exclusively available to Pool Creations clients and prospective clients. We are not able to accommodate visits on behalf of other contractors or design firms. Sample availability varies not all materials displayed in our showroom are available for take-home comparison.

Common questions about visiting our Venice showroom.
Do I need an appointment to visit the Design Center?
Walk-ins are always welcome during business hours. However, we recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure a dedicated design consultant is available to guide you through all of our selections without interruption.
How long does a Design Center visit typically take?
Most first-time visits take 1–2 hours. If you are selecting finishes for a new build or remodel, plan for 2–3 hours to ensure you have time to review all options and finalize your choices with your consultant.
Can I bring my own inspiration photos or ideas?
Absolutely we encourage it. Bring photos, Pinterest boards, magazine clippings, or anything that captures the look you want. Our designers will help translate your vision into specific product selections.
Can I take samples home?
Yes. We offer take-home sample boards for most of our tile, coping, and finish options so you can see how they look in your own backyard under natural Florida sunlight before making a final decision.
Is there a cost for a Design Center consultation?
Design Center visits and consultations are completely free for all Pool Creations customers and prospective customers. There is no obligation to purchase.
