What's Included in Weekly Service
Water Chemistry Testing & Balancing
Every visit includes a full chemical analysis — pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness, cyanuric acid, and sanitizer levels. We adjust chemicals to keep your water safe, clear, and comfortable for swimmers.
Surface Skimming & Debris Removal
We skim the surface, empty skimmer baskets and pump baskets, and remove all debris from the pool. Florida's environment means constant leaf, pollen, and organic matter accumulation — we handle it every week.
Brushing & Vacuuming
Pool walls, steps, and floor surfaces are brushed to prevent algae buildup. The pool floor is vacuumed to remove settled debris and keep the finish looking its best.
Equipment Inspection
Every visit includes a visual inspection of your pump, filter, heater, and automation system. We identify issues early — before a small problem becomes a costly repair — and flag anything that needs attention in your digital service report.
Filter Cleaning
We monitor filter pressure and clean or backwash as needed to maintain proper flow and filtration. A clean filter is the foundation of a healthy pool.
All Brands Serviced

What is included in weekly pool service?
Our weekly pool service includes water chemistry testing and chemical balancing, surface skimming, skimmer and pump basket emptying, brushing of walls and steps, vacuuming the pool floor, filter inspection and cleaning as needed, and a full equipment check. After each visit, you receive a digital service report via email or text showing your chemical readings, tasks completed, and any equipment notes — so you always know exactly what was done.
Do you service pools you didn't build?
Yes. We service all residential pools throughout Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte Counties regardless of who built them or what equipment brand is installed. We service Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, Zodiac, Sta-Rite, Raypak, and all other major brands.
How do I know the service was completed?
After every visit, you receive a digital service report delivered directly to your phone or email. It includes the date and time of service, your water chemistry readings before and after treatment, a checklist of tasks completed, and any equipment observations. You have a complete service history accessible anytime through your customer portal.
What areas do you serve for weekly pool maintenance?
We provide weekly pool service throughout Sarasota County (Venice, Sarasota, North Port, Nokomis, Osprey, Englewood, Wellen Park, Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Casey Key, Venice Island), Manatee County (Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach), and Charlotte County (Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Punta Gorda Isles, Boca Grande, Englewood Beach, Grove City).
Can you repair equipment during a service visit?
Yes. If our technician identifies an equipment issue during a weekly service visit, we can often perform minor repairs on the spot. For larger repairs, we will schedule a dedicated service call and provide a written estimate before any work is done.
Do you service saltwater pools?
Yes. We service both traditional chlorine pools and saltwater pools. For saltwater pools, we inspect and clean the salt cell, test salt levels, and ensure the salt chlorine generator is operating correctly in addition to our standard weekly service tasks.
What happens if there is a problem with my pool between visits?
Call us at (941) 366-6000. We respond to service calls throughout our service area and can schedule an additional visit if needed. Our team is also available to troubleshoot issues by phone between scheduled visits.
