Our designers create a custom 3D rendering of your pool, incorporating all desired features and materials.
Contract & Deposit
We finalize the scope, pricing, and timeline. A deposit secures your spot in our build schedule.
Permits & HOA Approval
We handle all permit applications, engineering drawings, and HOA submissions on your behalf.
Layout & Excavation
Our crew marks the pool layout and excavates to the precise specifications of your design.
Steel & Plumbing
Rebar framework is installed for structural integrity, followed by all plumbing and conduit runs.
Gunite Shell
Pneumatically applied concrete forms the structural shell of your pool the backbone of your investment.
Tile & Coping
Waterline tile and coping stones are installed, defining the aesthetic character of your pool.
Deck Construction
Your choice of travertine, pavers, or concrete decking is installed around the pool perimeter.
Equipment Installation

Interior Finish
