Commercial Interior Finishes
PebbleTec
Lifespan: 20–25 Years
The industry standard for commercial pools. Natural pebble aggregate delivers a durable, slip-resistant surface that withstands high bather loads and Florida's chemical demands. Available in a wide range of colors.
StoneScapes
Lifespan: 15–20 Years
Natural stone aggregate finish with a smooth, comfortable texture ideal for resort and hospitality pools where guest comfort is paramount. Resists staining and maintains color integrity in high-use environments.
Quartz Finish
Lifespan: 12–18 Years
Polymer-modified quartz plaster provides a smooth, bright surface that reflects light beautifully. Excellent chemical resistance and easy maintenance a cost-effective choice for community and apartment pools.
Commercial Plaster
Lifespan: 7–12 Years
Standard white or colored plaster for budget-conscious commercial resurfacing projects. Best suited for lower-use facilities or as an interim solution. Requires more frequent maintenance than aggregate finishes.
Our Resurfacing Process
Condition Assessment
We inspect the existing surface for delamination, cracks, calcium deposits, and structural issues. A written assessment and proposal are provided before any work begins.
Facility Scheduling
We coordinate with your management team to schedule the resurfacing during your facility's lowest-use period to minimize disruption to residents and guests.
Drain & Prep
The pool is drained, the old surface is chipped out to bare shell, and the gunite is pressure-washed and acid-washed to ensure proper bonding of the new finish.
Surface Application
The new interior finish is applied by our certified crew using commercial-grade materials. Waterline tile and coping repairs are completed concurrently.
Fill & Startup
The pool is filled, water chemistry is balanced, and the startup process is completed per manufacturer specifications. Full documentation is provided at handover.
