Our office and Design Center are in Venice at 1744 S. Tamiami Trail. Construction, remodeling and equipment services cover communities in Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte Counties. Appointment availability depends on the service and property. Weekly cleaning is limited to available routes.
Pool remodeling
Send photos of your existing pool and describe the changes you want. Tile, coping, decks, spa additions and structural changes require different scopes, which we review before preparing a proposal.
Pool resurfacing
Send interior finish photos and describe roughness, staining or deterioration. We assess preparation and finish options, including PebbleTec and StoneScapes, separately from structural repairs.
Pool equipment repair
Send the equipment make and model, error codes, symptoms and equipment-pad photos. We check settings, programming and equipment operation to identify the cause before recommending a repair or replacement.
Weekly pool cleaning
Provide your address, pool size, screen enclosure details and current condition. Available routes include select properties in Venice, Wellen Park, Casey Key and Manasota Key. Ask us to confirm route capacity.
Pool maintenance
Tell us whether you need ongoing care, water balancing, filter maintenance or an equipment check. Service scope and appointment availability depend on your address and pool condition.
Automation programming and repair
Send your controller model, app name, error messages and the schedule or feature that is not working. We troubleshoot compatible Pentair, Hayward and Jandy controls, connected pumps, heaters, lights, salt systems and Wi-Fi setup.
Pool automation installation
Share your current equipment models and the functions you want to control. We review compatibility, schedules, valves, pump speeds, heating and water-feature flow when planning an automation upgrade.
Saltwater pool systems
Send your pool volume, current equipment details and salt-system model if installed. We review system sizing, compatibility and water conditions for conversion, replacement or troubleshooting.
Water features and custom pool features
Share photos and your feature goals, including spillways, sheer descents, deck jets or laminars. We consider plumbing, pump capacity, valves and controls together to plan the intended water flow.

Visit our Venice location or call with your equipment model and the part you need. Confirm stock and compatibility before making a trip.
Pool design and material selections
Visit our Venice Design Center to discuss pool design, finishes, tile, coping and deck materials. Call ahead to arrange a project consultation and bring photos or a property survey.
Pool evaluation for home purchase
Provide the property address and transaction timeline. Our contractor-level visual and operational evaluation covers accessible pool components; confirm scope and scheduling before relying on it for a purchase decision.
Pool condition assessment
Describe the pool concerns and share photos, equipment details and any prior repair information. We review accessible conditions and discuss what further diagnosis or project planning may be needed.
Commercial pool services
Provide the facility address, pool type, operating requirements and scope. We coordinate construction, renovation, resurfacing, equipment repairs and service planning for HOAs, condominiums, hotels and other commercial properties.
